Who we are

LetterKart sells personalised handwritten cards. We trade from the United Kingdom. Contact us at info@nebulinx.com.

The contract

When you add a card to your cart you ask us to write your message in ink and post it. The contract is made when we accept your order and take payment at Shopify Checkout. We may refuse or cancel an order if the message is unlawful, the address cannot be posted to, or we cannot fulfil it.

Your order

You are responsible for the wording you confirm and for a complete, accurate postal address. We write what you confirmed in the preview. Placeholders such as {{First name}} must be filled before checkout.

Price and payment

Prices are shown in the currency on the product page. Includes UK postage and VAT. There is no separate postage line at checkout. Payment is taken by Shopify using the methods they offer.

Personalised goods

Each card is made to your instructions. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the usual 14-day cancellation right does not apply once we have started writing a personalised card, unless the goods are faulty or not as described.

Delivery

We post from the United Kingdom to UK addresses only. Typical delivery is 3–5 working days after the card is written. See our Shipping page.

If something is wrong

If a card arrives damaged, is not what you ordered, or we made an error in the writing, email info@nebulinx.com with your order number. See Refunds.

Limitation

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights or our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. We are not liable for delays caused by the postal service once the item is correctly posted, or for loss arising from an address you supplied incorrectly.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you buy as a consumer you also have the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
