Where we post from

Cards are written and posted from the United Kingdom. We use Royal Mail or an equivalent postal service.

When we post

Writing usually starts within two working days of a paid order. UK delivery is typically 3–5 working days after posting. We do not guarantee a specific arrival date because we rely on the postal network.

Where we deliver

We post to United Kingdom street addresses only. We cannot deliver to PO boxes where the carrier does not accept them.

What the price includes

Includes UK postage and VAT. There is no separate postage line at checkout. If an address is outside the UK, email info@nebulinx.com before you order — this shop does not post abroad.

Address accuracy

We print and post to the address you enter. If that address is incomplete or wrong, we are not responsible for non-delivery. Contact us quickly if you spot a mistake before the card is posted.

Lost or delayed post

If a UK item has not arrived 10 working days after we confirm it was posted, email info@nebulinx.com with the order number. We will investigate with the carrier and, where the item is lost, rewrite and resend or refund, at our choice.
