Who is responsible

LetterKart is the controller for the information you give us on this website. Email info@nebulinx.com. We operate from the United Kingdom.

What we collect

• Account and checkout details handled by Shopify (name, email, payment, billing).
• The message you want written, the handwriting style, and the recipient name and postal address.
• Bulk lists you upload (names and addresses for each card).
• Technical data such as device and approximate location, via Shopify and our host.

Why we use it

To fulfil your order, prevent fraud, improve the shop, and reply if you contact us. Legal bases are contract (your order), legitimate interests (running a shop), and legal obligation (tax and accounting).

Letter content and addresses

Your message and recipient address are stored so our writing process and support team can complete the order. We keep them only as long as needed for fulfilment, complaints, and legal retention, then delete or anonymise them.

Who we share with

Shopify (store, cart, checkout, payments). Our hosting and database providers. The postal service. We do not sell your data. We do not use your letter text for marketing.

International transfers

Shopify and some processors are outside the UK. They use standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of your data, correction, deletion, or restriction, and you may object to some processing. Email info@nebulinx.com. You can complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).

Children

This shop is not directed at children under 16.

Cookies

Shopify sets cookies needed for the cart, checkout, and security. We do not run a separate advertising pixel on this storefront.
